Jeff is co-owner and President of ASP. From the time Jeff joined ASP in 2004, his focus has been on strategic planning, technology advancements, product expansions, and customer service excellence. His impact on each of these areas has transformed ASP from a largely manual operation into an efficient manufacturing and distribution operation embracing the latest technologies in every department.

While overseeing all company operations is certainly his primary job, Jeff is most passionate about finding new products and services to help Distributors succeed. “When our Distributors grow, we grow; when they succeed, we succeed,” he says as he reminds staff regularly to “…keep focused on being #1 in Distributor Care.”

What does Jeff like best about his 15 years with ASP? “Working with a great group of people who care about our company and customers…and seeing Distributors grow and develop their businesses.”

A native of Elsmere, KY, Jeff spends his free time enjoying the great outdoors, snacking on his favorite treat (chocolate chip cookies), and relaxing with his family. His wife, Kellie, is his high school sweetheart, the daughter of ASP founders, and co-owner of the company. They have been married for 25 years and have three children, Zach, Nick, and Brayden, and a dog named Rudy.

Lindsay is the Director of Services at ASP, where she spends her days solving problems, supporting distributors and improving processes and technology. After 16 years with the company, Lindsay’s favorite part of working at ASP is developing long term relationships with the distributors and helping them grow their businesses.
Originally from Arkansas, Lindsay enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, eating Mexican food, and spending time with her three children

Deborah is a Custom’s Specialist Manager at ASP who has been with the company for 7 years, and while she’s worn many hats over the years, she loves her current role of overseeing operations, training, and handling higher level requests from customers.

A Northern Kentucky native, Deborah enjoys Italian food, crafting, gardening, and planning themed parties. She has a special skill for making people laugh and being very honest, and is most proud of never giving up on “being a better me today than the me I was yesterday” and pushing herself to be successful in whatever she does. Deborah also proudly passed along her strong work ethic to her daughter, Abigail, reminding her, “you have to work for what you want.” The same cannot be said for her beagle, Thor, who has never had to work for anything, but still gets what he wants!

Jessica is the Customer Service Manager at ASP. Recently promoted from Customer Service Representative, Jessica has been with the company for 8+ years. During her time at ASP, she has acted as the resident expert in all things ProMinder, while also providing excellent customer service.
Jessica has been a lifetime resident of Kentucky. She currently resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband, their blended family, and two beloved dogs. When Jessica is not in the office, she enjoys crocheting and quilting, and spending her downtime with friends and family.
Jessica says, "in the eight and a half years that I’ve been here, this company, and our distributors have become my family and home."

Barb joined us in January and her primary responsibility is our Business Development Manager. She oversees weekly training, operations and handling requests from our amazing Distributors to ensure we remain #1 in Distributor Care.
What does Barb like about ASP? “I love coming to work every day, especially with leaders like Jeff and Kellie and the wonderful staff I get to work beside on a daily basis. I love how we all work together as a team for the greater good of making sure the customer has the best customer service possible. The customers make my jobs that much enjoyable.”
When Barb isn’t at ASP, you will find her in the kitchen trying to improve her culinary skills or playing in the dirt making her garden a place for refuge and tranquility. She also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and kayaking.
Barb is originally from Cincinnati, but has lived in numerous places throughout the U.S., including Hawaii, where her daughter was born. She is most proud of her daughter and the wonderful family her and her husband have created. Barb loves spending time with her three grandchildren (plus one on the way) and her two fur babies, Sophie and Beau. “I realize I must have done something right to have such an amazing family and grandkids.”

Sabrina Anderson

As the Corporate Accountant of ASP, the bulk of Sabrina’s day involves number crunching and problem solving in order to create financial statements and managerial reports for the company. She also works in Human Resources and administrates special projects.
“I enjoy being involved in the projects, strategy sessions and critical decisions that are happening all of the time at ASP. I get a great feeling of satisfaction after achievement of a difficult task that demanded my best. I also love the way that Jeff & Kellie foster a caring and positive work environment for the team and how that translates out to our customers.”
Sabrina hasn’t always been surrounded by spreadsheets and numbers, though. She spent 10 years as a counselor in the Air Force! It wasn’t until she took her first accounting class in college that she considered switching career paths. Sabrina eventually graduated Cum Laude from college while still serving in the Air Force and raising her children.
